Kellystore Fun-Raisers is a charitable initiative set up by Kelly's Self Storage, a successful family run company (opened 1937) specialising in self storage and document storage.

We provide, at our own expense, professionally organised sporting events to raise much needed funds for charities local to the areas we serve. All proceeds go directly to the charity.

Kellystore Fun-Raisers is a unique concept. We think of ourselves as catalysts, helping charities to help themselves. We have always made generous donations to charity over the years. However, we have now realised that by providing fund raising events we can make our donation worth a great deal more.

Each Kellystore Fun-Raisers event costs us several thousand pounds so we expect the designated charity to make the most of the opportunity and raise as much money as possible. Our first event made £30.000 for the charity concerned.

We have started with 5k and 10k runs and walks which are very popular. We provide all the equipment, marquees, start lines, electronic chip timers, tannoy systems, stage and most importantly our professional event organiser who plans the route and supervises the marshals and helpers. He has established an excellent reputation for running well organised and enjoyable events.

We are looking for dynamic, innovative organisations who have large databases of potential supporters to both promote the event, take part and help on the day. We are looking to form long term relationships. We hope that, as we gain experience, the various charities that we support can benefit from each other's ideas and inspire and motivate each other.

We currently have branches in Guildford (Head Office), St Albans, Erith, Manchester and Birmingham, Bristol and Southampton.
